It was pleasure welcoming Mr. Martin Huizinga, Mr. Jan Rijken and Mr. Arend Jans from the Netherlands as PUM Experts at NTHMC this morning. The two different training sessions were conducted for college and industry (hotel managers). The purpose of the training was to discuss regarding assessment of ‘PUM International Online Assessment for Nepal – PION’ together in collaboration with hotel schools and with industry i.e. hotels. Total 18 representations were done by the hotels of Pokhara.
The motto of the PION project is to track, examine and evaluate the hospitality personnel at school during their studies at hotels during their job/internship by their supervisors or managers and one can check the feedback instantly and rectify the errors made during their studies as well as work. This will ultimately lead towards the production of quality human resources in the markets, so we all need to work together.
Thank you all for your valuable presence and making the program effective and meaningful.
