Organized by BHM First semester students of NTHMC ‘Inter College Food Testing Competition’ named as ‘Test the Taste’, on 22^nd Feb 2023 at Chhinedanda, Pokhara. The objective of this competition was to know – how much students are familiar with different ingredients used in the kitchen. In the program- the students need to identify different ingredients presented to them by touching, smelling, tasting, seeing and memorizing. There were nearly 80 different ingredients ranging from herbs, spices, sauces, flours, fruits and vegetables. There were 19^th colleges with two students from each college participating at the event. During the program, Ms. Hikaru Gurung (NTHMC) stood first likewise, Ms. Nirita Tamang (Kaski Modernize Academy) stood second and Ms. Binisha B.K. (Shree Kanya Secondary School) stood third. Thank you volunteers of 11th and 12th grade students, were awarded with prizes and certificate by Mr. Prakash Regmi, Principal and Mr. Dinesh Kumar Yadav, +2 Coordinator. dear faculties, all the participant colleges and every supportive hands to make this event a grand success. It is one of the events of NTHMC for the celebration of 25th anniversary, the glory year.
