The Human Centred Design “Key to Modern Marketing”

Nepal Tourism and Hotel Management College organized a session “The Human Centred Design – Key to Modern Marketing”, for its BHM students of Nepal Tourism and Hotel Management College and its BBA and BBA-BI students of NTHMC, Centre for Business Management on 24th Feb, 2020 at Pokhara Chamber of Commerce, Gairapatan. Ms. Roshee Lamichhane, assistant professor, KUSOM shared knowledge and changing perception of people and techniques in the field of marketing. She talked about how the priority in marketing has shifted from products to the human. She elaborated about the four C’s of marketing – Consumer, Cost, Communication and Convenience and their importance in human centred marketing.
